Alan Yip, worked for Frog Design, Philips Design and founded Yip Design in 1990 in Hong Kong and China. He designed over 1000 products for a wide range of international companies. His work is awarded world wide, such as the IF Design Award, USA CES Award, UK CSD Award, China Red Star Design Awards, HK Outstanding Designers Award, and the HKSAR Chief Executive’s Commendation. His designs were part of exhibitions and published in Japan, Korea. China, the Netherlands, and the UK. He thinks the development of original design from China is important, and has therefore added to his ALANYIP design brand the subtitle “China Design by Alan Yip”.
